		<description>I make my own beer, and since its just as easy to make a 10% beer as a 3% beer, I make 10% as a rule. Some of it has been aged for 25 years, and is absolutely bloody delicious. 
Not something to slug back in pints though!
I have a suspicion that its only Americans who have fallen for the supposed allure of fresh beers anyway</description>

		<description>That&#039;d work too. Of course there&#039;s always the chance that particular style could go out of production if it&#039;s a specialty beer. Keeping a tasting diary is a good way to avoid that.</description>
